Make it a part of your life.
I have walked all over the world, and I have learned that although every culture has its own idea of beauty and lifestyle. It is important to learn good habits early in life.
Teach the children about doing and living Raja-Yoga & Meditation at a very young age. It is important to convey that, taking care of mind and body is fun. That gives the child a body awareness and a connection to self, that will be retain as the child gets older.
The program is a great opportunity to couples and the whole family to spend quality time together and having a healthy lifestyle what does entertain at the same time.

The essential principles of Raja-Yoga & Meditation have not changed over six thousand years. Raja-Yoga & Meditation can help you learn to love every part of your body, because how you feel about your body reflects how you feel about yourself. This series of exercises can release pain, harden muscles, tighten up and settle your mind.
Everybody is different, every day is different and every time you stretch can be different.
Let your body tell you how far to stretch. Be gentle in stretching and move in slow motion.
This program is a series of exercises to work the body’s largest muscles, very deeply, without making them bulky. It is not difficult, but you will feel your muscles working and all of a sudden, movements you could not begin to do the first time will seem like children play.
Working with your mind out the body has always stressed, and will always stress, tiny, delicate, precise movements, done in very slow motion.
You will find that the emphasis is on techniques that prevent you from putting any strain on the lower back, by stretching the spine at the same time that you are working the surrounding muscles. The movements are more like a pulse, which allows you to control the amount of force exerted on the muscle it self.
Small gentle motions teach you the wonderful feeling of the body correctly. Give the muscles a task that they can perform, at the level they are capable of and no further as they become stronger, they work at a deeper level. The more you are able to relax, the more you will discover you are able to do. This state of relaxation is as much in the mind as it is in the body.
Use your exercise time to quiet your thoughts and get you into the habit of relaxing.
Concentrating on your breath will help you let go of everything else, and the more you relax, the faster the exercise will work, because there is no tension to work against.
You will act instead of reacting.
If you lift your leg, try to do so with a minimum of effort, relax your toes, unlock your knees, relax your shoulders. Once you achieve this awareness, you will be in control and listen to the signals the body sends you. When that starts to happen, you will find that you start to feel better about everything. But that is up to you,
without training and responsibility, can not change you life.
I hope I can help you change the way you think and feel about it.

Always concentrate on your natural breathing through the nozzle due to doing the exercise of Raja-Yoga & Meditation and you will get amazing results. I know that not only because it happens to me, but also because thousands of people have told me about the well-being and happiness they have experienced through living the philosophy of Raja-Yoga & Meditation. Yoga

The word 'yoga' is Sanskrit and is related to the English word 'yoke'. Yoga yokes the mind to the body, the movement to the breathing, mental focus to relaxation, awareness to activity. As well is yoga related as 'conjugal', which describes the union between complemantary opposites as mind and body, they depend to each other. Often is yoga translated as 'union' to respect, valued and responsive. The streching aspect is the most visible aspect of yoga, but there is much more to it than this.
We become more healthy and whole, as the body reponds to the mind's suggestions and the mind is alert and sensitive to the feelings and needs of the body. The aim of yoga is to practice and correct all imbalance, to maintain harmony inward. The inner awareness of the body that is developed through yoga practice guards against physical strain and injury, bacause the practice develops self-awarness, self-responsibility and self-consideration, what ever we doing. This attitude of care and respect for the needs of the body carries over into everyday life.
Yoga is not competitive perfomance either judged against anyone else's standarts, nor even against one's own achivements on a better or worse day.
Regular practice is needed and a sense of optimism helps, too.
The breath is the key, be aware of our breathing patterns thorugh synchronizing movements with our breathing. In general, breath in as you strech and open up your body; feel a current inside yourself travelling up; the 'asana' opens . As you breath out while beeing shrunken; inside stream travelling down; the 'asana' encloses.

Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art Of Living. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation.

Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.

The scientific laws that operate one's thoughts, feelings, judgements and sensations become clear. Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses, how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood. Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and peace.

Pranayama

  1. Prana – Vital life force manifested in the body as breath
  2. Ayama – Action of extending or controlling Prana through breath

So, pranayama is the science of breathing effectively, But what does it mean by effective breathing?

A steady, effortless breath in the hours of calmness is effective breathing. When we are able to feel, even very subtle expanding & contracting movement of abdominal walls with breath entering in & out, it’s because of effective breathing.

With effective breathing, Pranayama let control (Ayama) the movement of “Prana – life force”. Once we got control over our Prana, Chitta (consciousness) automatically stabilizes (Which is the ultimate aim of yogic practices).

Pranayama is the link between the mental and physical disciplines, While the action is physical, the effect is to make the mind calm, lucid and steady.

Yoga should be properly introduced to children by the educators. In my opinion, all the experiments that are being done in every part of the world should be compiled together in relation to the educational system. A lot has been said and a lot is being done. Science is very clear about the effects of yoga on the brain and on man's consciousness and character. The time has come to decide how to implement this as a practical scheme. Now, it is up to the educators to think about this project.
